Egersund Fisk was established in 1922 and is among the largest pelagic players in the North Atlantic. The company processes Atlantic herring and Atlantic mackerel for human consumption in addition to production of fishoil and fishmeal. Egersund Fisk has its factories located at Egersund in Southern-Norway and Tromsø and Lofoten in Northern-Norway. In addition Egersund Fisk owns 50% of Norsildmel which is a significant player within trading and logistics of fishmeal and fishoil from its headquarters in Bergen.

ProBio offers innovative Omega3 formulations and proprietary product concepts within the “business to business” segment for health supplement and pharmaceutical consumer markets. Over the last three years the company has developed more than 2000 unique product formulations for its customers.  The company’s customer base consists of more than 200 leading brand owners within the health food supplements and pharmaceutical industry. The product portfolio is manufactured at the company’s production facilities in Andenes and Båtsfjord (Norway), Seinajoki (Finland) and Falkenhagen (Germany).

HitraMat is the leading crab processor in Europe and a number one supplier of whole fresh crab to the Norwegian market. The company has its history back to 1935 when the first whole crab was sold to the Norwegian market. Today the company receives crab from a broad network of local fishermen along the coastline of Mid-Norway. In addition the company holds one license for salmon farming.

Lofotprodukt is a seafood processing company headquartered at the Lofoten Islands in the north of Norway. The company markets and sells its high quality products to both the retail and foodservice sector under the brands "Lofoten", "Madam Bergen" and "Hjertefiskekaker". With production sites in both Lofoten and Bergen, and sales office in Oslo, the company now holds a market leader position in the Norwegian retail sector for high quality seafood. Lofotprodukt AS is a privately owned company established in 1994.

NutriMar produces salmon oil, salmon meal and hydrolyzed protein concentrate of bi-products from SalMar’s processing plant at Frøya in Mid-Norway. The products are sold to European producers of fish feed, petfood and agricultural feed.
